Hey - I've started really using this site, and have tapped into the Marriage Talk radio clips = they are awesome! I find listening to Dr. Harley talk about the concepts really helps me. I will try and listen to an excerpt a day. I realize that I've not REALLY been doing a Plan A at all. I've been in contact with the Canadian coordinator for Marriage Builders seminars - who happens to live here in Calgary, and I'm hoping to register us in the 9 week course. Anyway - listen to Dr. Harley - it is a real boost.

Alberta,<P>Thanks for that info. Do you need any special thing installed in your computer to get the radio stuff? Because sometimes I can't use things (our computer is about 4 yrs old)..<P>Now that i know what it is, I'd like to try listening.<P>------------------<BR>Belle, Domestic Goddess

Well, I'm just absorbing what the policies are and the emotional needs are. We did the questionnaire months ago, but then..nothing. So, I am focusing on my H's top three emotional needs right now. I've also had a couple of nasty angry outbursts, which, had I really paid attention to plan A I think I could have avoided.<BR>I find listening to Dr. Harley explain these policies and needs helps me absorb them better and "re-charges my batteries" so to speak.
