My single biggest problem since d-day and with my plan A has been anxiety. I have been hard-pressed not to push W for info as to where we are and her decision to stay.
I had been considering some Anti-D's, but a family member suggested I try Kava Kava first. FYI, in my opinion, it works. I am sleeping better and not having that anxious feeling most of the time. I was able to be much more relaxed at home with W and did not feel drugged or sluggish.
For what it's worth...
Bill

Ever heard of zoloft? I'm on it 100 mg a day. On the down side, my attitude has gone into "Don't give a rip" gear. I really have to watch it.
------------------
Belle, Domestic Goddess

Bill - please consider some Rx meds from a doc. They really work and you'll be better able to mnage your emotions and especially get a handle on the anxiety. Please at least look into it!
I'm on Zoloft like Belle, and I feel great. I don't have the "don't give a rip" problem whatsoever. These drugs affect people in different ways. Belle, you might consider asking your doc for a different drug. There are several available. I also take atavan, 3 mg a day. maybe this works in conjunction with the zoloft.
Bill, please, please consider the anti-deps. Take my word on this, you will be glad you did.
Dave
