Hi,
Your name rings a bell...so you must have been here two years ago when my life was shatterd. I read your post to Sad and I can relate to the part about the broken heart.
Mine is on the mend now and I'm glad to hear that there are a few of us that have survived our spouses affairs. I know my husband and I have a ways to go yet...but I'm looking forward to a new beginning and who knows our marriage could be better than before...As you can tell I'm being very optimistic. I promised myself I would come back here and try to help some of the people just starting this nightmare...so here I am.
Anyway its great to see a few familiar faces here...still hanging in there.
lonesome

Lonesome,
Yes, I do remember you and I was so pleased to read your update! You are right, it's going to be a long hard haul to rebuild but gosh, it sure has proven to be worth it for us. I'm sure it will be for you also.
I also lurk around the board and occasionally post to try to give some hope and a view of a better future. Sometimes it's hard to see the light ahead when you feel so hopeless. I know, I remember too well that feeling.
Wishing you and your H the best of luck in your recovery. And looking forward to more updates from you.
Stay strong!!!
