<B>Hello to all my MB friends, actually you are family! </B><P>Well, it about 2 hours we are getting up to go to the airport for our second annual snowboarding trip to Fernie, British Columbia, Canada. I should be asleep obviously, but hey, I get nervous before a trip and flying makes me all the more nervous. <P>So, I decided to post here and say farewell to you all, but I will be back. Lord willing that is. Those of you who are inclined to pray, please pray for a safe trip, including the air plane rides, both there and back, our safety on the slopes (we don't need any broken bones or cracked heads, especially at our age)! That all my children will be safe and sound while we are away. Particularly our fifteen year old daughter who is staying with her older brother and his wife. My nineteen year old daughter who is schizophrenic, and will be getting her very first car tomorrow, ALA her father. <P>We plan on having a great time. Although currently there is very little snow in Fernie, which is very weird. We have more snow here in Michigan than they have there. Usual for Fernie is feet upon feet. When they get a snow fall it is usually one or two feet of glorious powder. This year they are way down.<P>Great news is, this year we have a new camera. A Christmas gift this past Christmas from my most wonderful hubby. So, I will be posting PICS on Dawnetta's MB picture site when we return. <P>I may even get to meet a member here whom has grown very dear to my heart. That will be the highlight of my trip. Meeting my very first MB member in person. One of my absolute favorites to boot. Although there are many.<P>Well, I had better try to get at least an hour or so of sleep. I am way to nervous to sleep on a plane. That won't be an opportunity to catch up on sleep. I am planning on reading the "Power of a Praying Wife" again while enroute. <P>You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. Last year when we were there, I couldn't get to a computer. Doesn't look like I will have the opportunity to post or read this site while I am gone.
