I'm very curious to know if OP get "Triggers," as betrayed spouses do.
The OW in our situation contacted my H recently. Is it coincidental, that it happens to be 2 years ago, during this month, that they were involved?
I wonder if OP gets a "Trigger," then feels the need to contact our spouse again? Does anyone have any observations on this?

Confessions from reading on the OW board.
It seems they do, of course the more they want to have contact the smaller the trigger can be.. The cat died, veterns day, an aunt she once mentioned is sick, broke her nail and he would want to know...
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Lora

Try this link (if I did it right). It was mentioned in a post around Jan 20. And it isn't this site!
http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/Forum37/HTML/007264.html

I despise the TOW board and what it stands for. But, I suppose everyone needs support, regardless.
Maybe I should have asked this question differently.
I wonder if any wayward spouses in recovery have had an "Triggers" that prompted them to contact the OP again.
