Dharma and Greg, and that new one, "Time and Again", is it?
The lead characters get "caught up" in an attraction. And these are weekly sitcom/dramas we're talking about!
Actually, my thought is that it's cool. More info put out there, more awareness, hopefully, less people thinking it can't ever happen to them.
Has anyone seen these shows? I don't watch much tv but they were either on tonite or coming on soon. How was it dealt with on the show.
Aloha,
L

I watched most of Dharma, up to the kiss, then I don't know what happened. But it started like most attractions, he helped her with passing her GED, she traded Yoga, they started talking about their personal lives, Greg was busy and not paying attention to her...she & the Kevin Sorbo character had an opportunity to go out, she kissed him to help make his ex-wife jealous....(probably at this point insert any affair from this board)
Once & Again--Lily was lightly flirting with the co-worker, but then he really started hitting on her. Her boss told her not to rock the boat, the guy kissed Lily and she got the guy & boss into a room and said that his behavior was unacceptable and if he continued she would sue his a$$ and didn't care if she lost her job for it. She also told Rick the boyfriend, a bit belatedly that she was having to handle something with the guy.
The trend is there, I've been a bit more appalled by Drew Carey lately, first WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY repeatedly uses the word "penis" 2 shows in a row in the hoe-down songs and then his show last night where he's in a coma incorporates hookers, 3 & foursomes and an orgy theme with women in lingerie. And that was my ALTERNATIVE choice to TEMPTATION ISLAND [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com].

IMHO, I think the issue of infidelity seems to be getting a lot more media attention than ever b/c it's something that's been around forever but never as out in the open as it is today.
Just my two cents.
P.S. Saw Temptation Island once - fell asleep.
