I've been thinking about some of our contact & conversations over the last few days & noticed that there's been a few times that I have had the opportunity to praise him or give him a compliment and I haven't, or maybe not elaborated enough on the compliment like I have been. I'm not quite sure why?
I'm not mad at all, I'm not even really worried. . maybe I'm getting too comfortable? I don't know. It's like I think the things I want to/should say, but I just don't say them. Or I think them later, and could still have the opportunity to bring up the subject again (and I even plan on doing it the next time I talk to him), but then I just don't. Am I moving into a little bit of "self-protection" mode? What's my deal? I don't like it.

Hi Bitsy,
It is good to hear that things are going better for you. You know, you sound a bit apprehensive and wonder if this current status is going to keep getting better.
For those of us still coming up in the ranks of our torn lives and still trying to find the pieces and mend them back together, I just want to say, take it easy and even a bit slow. Savor your progress and be aware of the future.
You sound like one great person and I have learned a lot from you. This is not meant to put a burden on you, just a compliment.
Take Care & wishing you well.
L.
