Just say a prayer for me today-I have to go see my lawyer this afternoon and I really do not want to. (H filed aginst me last week) Family and friends keep telling me it looks like its over and its too late for H to come home (I don't want our marriage to be over!!!). H and OW did not move in to her house this weekend-I wonder why there was a big hurry for H to get his stuff out of the house and why I had to get the utilities switched to my name last week? Rumor had it that she was moving home at the end of Feb....H has agreed to help with money for another month or two-he left a note in the mailbox friday-but it still was all put in a mean way-he told me I need to look into my financial options and how he would put money in my account (its still a joint account) until he got his own account. I left him a note last week asking him for his bank card since I needed to take over the account and for the sears card so I could take over that account (he demanded that I give him the visa card last week because he was taking over that account) he never left any of the cards though.. It seems like he only wants things to go his way and when I get the ball rolling for this to be over he says no-he is calling the shots. I just do not get any of this???? I do not want to make demands on him at this time because I know this will be lbing so I guess I will just have to wait to do stuff with the bank account until he gives the go ahead. I really am so tired of this nightmare. I wish I could wake up and everything will be okay......VENT....Its been over a month since I've last seen or talked to him in person..I miss my old H and I DO NOT like the new H....<p>[This message has been edited by Trs (edited March 05, 2001).]

Trs,<P>My heart really does go out to you. I know what it is like to want your marriage to work, but to have your spouse hurring things along to leave. My STBXW has packed up all her stuff, we have spit all of our assets and liabilities, and she has demanded that I put all the things I have in my name only. I found out about her true feelings, and about the OM a little less than month ago. I have let go with a heavy heart, but I realize that she must go do this. I will be watching when she falls. This is not the Woman I married 5 years ago. <P>Keep your chin up. Keep doing the right things for yourself. You will be the better person when it is all said and done. And unfortunately, it might take a D, for him to realize all that he has truly lost.<P>I lurk around here frequently, and I have some of the same feelings you do. Keep posting, and keep venting, this does really help. If you ever need to talk, let me know.
