You should get and read his needs her needs. Let me tell you it has changed my life completely. What is happening is your not meeting some of your husbands needs and that will make him vulnarable to an affair. You need to start meeting his needs before that happens. He may need coaching to meet your needs as well. Look over this web site first all th information here will help you. If I were you I would start right away. Don't let it go too long as I did. I had to fight to get my wife back from an affair and it's alot harder once that happens. Good luck to you

This is very often the first thing a betrayed spouse hears from a wayward spouse when the WS is already involved either emotionally and/or physically in an affair. Depression is common among WS's involved in affairs. Sometimes it occurs before the affair and WS uses the attention of another to self medicate the depression. Other WS become depressed over the emotional struggle that occurs while involved in an affair. In addition to His Needs,Her Needs I would suggest Survivng an Affair. Even if there is no affair it can help you to prevent one by being informed as to how affairs develop. You can never have too much information on how to keep your marriage healthy! I would also strongly encourage my spouse to seek medication and counseling for the depression.
