My H sent letter of no contact 3/5 and to the best of my knowledge has not had contact. Is it a bad question to ask him how he is doing with missing OP? I have had some bad days where I have focused on A and he has asked me what was wrong. I have told him what it is at that time and he continually states that he is sorry. I dont want to increase the guilt and my gut tells me that he isnt contacting so do I go with the gut or satisfy my intellegence?

We are at our 9 month recovery point...in the beginning I would ask every once in awhile "if he missed her" (he always said it wasn't about her...it was the fantasy and the excitement and sometimes he missed that). Now I will ask if he ever thinks about her. He claims he doesn't and if he does begin to he will make himself stop. He wants that part of our life to be over. He truly has been sorry and repentant.
Tammy
------------------
I used to be "Hopeful in Michigan" but the board will not allow me to use that password anymore.
A LITTLE kindness can make a big difference!
We can survive this!

Thanks Tammy. I dont want to do anything that will make him remember her or focus on her. I feel that I am walking a tight rope 10,000 miles in the air with no net. I realize that I am in a wishy washy situation and he appears to be committed this time but I am having a difficult time with the past lack of committment. I appreciate your support
