At the risk of self-promotion (like I've done anything worth drawing attention to!), my posts "Come on baby lift my fog" and the much-anticipated "Come on baby life my fog II" offer my feelings on the Fog and what it did to me. In essence, the Fog helps a WS believe things that aren't necessarily true about the OP and BS in exchange for having his or her needs "met" in a way he or she knows is wrong. It's a dangerous state of mind.
