Has anyone just started at Plan B and had it work? See i pretty much didnt know about Plan A, so i messed it up by being an A**hole. In the process i pretty much told my stbx... dont call me, dont come see me, i dont want to be your friend. I know that is not really a Plan B. Not even a Plan "anything". But i have not being contacting her or seeing her for a month now. Has anyone did what i did, and it worked? I didnt do what i did in hopes that i would get somewhere with it, i just reacted. BioMan - Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.
I can't answer your specific question, but it's not too late to start over with your new found experience. Read the Plan A primers available somewhere around here. Then do it. Ask questions. In time, your initial reactions will fade and not even show up on the radar. I said some mean things to my WS - you know we all have - and it loses its impact very quickly. Your future actions will speak louder than your past words.
WAT
