Isn't it strange how depression brings all of it's friends like. anxitey, obsession, and paranoia?
Does anyone else have this problem? I ususally dont have any of those until the depression starts setting in.

------------------
Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.

Bioman,
Yes they all 4 seem to come alive when we have been betrayed. Sometimes, however, I can not tell which of the four comes first, but they all have been there at various times of my ordeal. I would even add panic to the list. I have had panic attacks as well.
good luck with trying to control these emotions. I know that sometimes it seems impossible.
S&C

I am a person who always has to fight depression. I don't know why - they say that an optomist has less bouts of depression - and I do believe I am an optomist!
But, if it is any consolation - know that we all suffer once in a while with depression. Have you thought about talking to the doctor about some meds? It might help, if not - why not consider St. Johns Whart?
TnT

I definitely suffer from obsession. My depression seems to have lifted after over 2 months of H being gone.I have short spells where I am depressed but it seems that after them I have a happy and productive spell to counteract-kind of like manic-depressive, I think.I took St. John's Wort in the first 6 weeks. I think it helped. I guess we all heal at different rates. Every time I have a depressing spell I tell myself that this is making me that much closer to healing.
