A female friend of mine called me to go out. I went last night, just had to get out and give my brain a break, before I totally lose it.
I ended up talking with several men, if nothing else maybe a little bit of an ego boost. I certainly don't have much self-esteem left after what my H has done.
Of all things.....one of the men asking me out....admitted he was married. Oh NO...I'm not even going there, after all I'm the BS. He had had two other affairs during his marriage, both lasting 5-6 yrs. each. Of course the wife never knew. Infidelity running rapid out here.
At this point and time I have no desire to date, especially a married man! My H has been living with the OW 10 mths. now. But, even the thought of dating a single man would make me feel like I am cheating on my H. Go figure???

I understand what you're saying. I don't even like the idea of meeting a guy friend for a coffee and chit chat, let alone a date! OMG!! I won't do that unless H goes with me, or we end up getting a divorce.
I think you saw the stats face to face when you went out. The ones that say that A's occur in about 60% of all marriages. It's hard to believe it, until your eyes have been opened, and it's something you look for.
How have you been feeling? I've been thinking about you the last couple of days.
Karen
