In recovery a year now. H and I have been married 19 yrs. After d day we had counseling and he tried to leave his job where OW worked but could never find another one so we coped. OW calls our house on and off again since d day. I know for a fact the A is over. I know for fact they have had no contact other than her calling house and hanging up. <P>My question is; the company picnic is coming up in June and he wants to know if I will go this year. We skipped last years considering and all other company events. I am definately stronger, but I want to know if anyone else has been in this position. I have personally ran into the OW in town only 2 times since d day, but it is obvious she is mental or why else would she risk calling us all the time? We know she does because we had the calls traced. I don't think she would cause a scene there, but what if I get there and suddenly panic or something. H is leaving it to me as to if we go or not. Any suggestions??

There are a few here who have gone and done ok. I, personally, would be ok with missing the company picnic. Maybe plan something fun for the family.
