You stated in an earlier post that the OM in your situation was also in the fog and had left his wife. I have some questions for you. The OW in my situation is getting a D. Their court date is in September. Is the fact that there were two marriages hurt by all of this improve our chances of a recovery or not? Any thoughts?

I am not sure if it improves chances for recovery or not, I have figured it probably does, since OM may come out of the fog and return to his wife.I have talked with his wife and he seems to be deep in the fog, he filed for a divorce and blames his wife that he doesn't have it yet, the truth is he hasn't payed lawyer yet LOL. I wonder how long it will take my ex, before she starts asking why she is divorced and he is not. I hope this improves our chances. I wonder how they can both stand the quilt. It must be rough for them together in many ways. I hope it is LOL.
