What do you do when you can't stop the thoughts of your wife with another man from popping into your head.
We are trying to work things out but this is making it very difficult for me!
Correction Infidelity Thoughts
[This message has been edited by 1st in (edited June 03, 2001).]

What works for me is to redirect my thoughts. As soon as I get one of those images, change my thoughts. It was very hard to do at first but over time I've learned. Now I rarely have the thoughts. And I know how to get rid of them.
Worked for me
Z
------------------
He loves not who does not show love.
----William Shakespeare

Sometimes I would roll my eyes and verbally say to myself "Yuuuuuuuck" (sarcastically). I know that doesn't translate very well but it worked sometimes. Other times, I had to stop and say a prayer that I would stop having those thoughts.
