I woke up this morning with no hope. I cried all morning at work (been here since 6:20 am) and this feeling will not go away. I have read through some of the posts here and I guess I just need a little hope. I have been in plan b for about two weeks and I have not heard a word from H. I know that I am not supposed to, but he does not even know if I am still alive. He is at his apartment with her visiting ever night I am sure taking up all of his spare time keeping hime from thinking about me. Will he ever come out of this fog and call? How long did it take before your WS called? H was with OW for 18 months prior to D-Day and with two other OW during the time he was with her. Now he is with her. That is what he days he wants.

Breath, relax, take a deep breath, you are not alone. If you have not yet consider seeing your doctor to get some anti-depressants and maybe anxiety medicine to help you through this.
You cannot control another human beings bad decisions or behaviots, only your own, write yourself positive for you notes over your desktop on little sticky notes if necessary to help you remember.
Do something for yourself today, something you would normally never do. Take a long candle lite bath or go tanning, buy yourself a good self improvement book to read, anything to get your attention back on yourself right now. you are the only person in this world who's reactions you can control. Take a deep breath, you will be ok, one minute at a time.

ScaredinNY, thank you so much for your response. I know I am going to have these days, but I just need to hear someone say it will be ok.
