I could feel myself going down again last night, and I'm rebelling against it. I sat down and wrote a whole list of affirmations for myself and it worked, I picked myself up before I'd fallen too far. Thanks Paint,<BR>My W and I used to say affirmations each night before bed. It was really a good thing in our reconnecting.
