Melissa's post has really disturbed and worried us a great deal. She was obviously trying to tell us that her husband was being physically abusive towards her. We have heard nothing from Melissa this morning and have no way of knowing if she is OK.<P>I have already printed out her post from last night, in case she ever needs it for legal reasons, and am keeping it safe. i wonder if you contact the administrator of this site if they will be able to get more information about her. remember you have to fill out a form to register here. it would also be possible for the authorities to trace her from her internet service provider, i believe. i think there are ways, I am not sure on exactly how.

Paint, I just visited the other boards that Melissa posts on and she's nowhere to be found. BTW, her profile states that her occupation is politics - don't know if that will help.<P>I'll e-mail you if I find anything out.

Paint, I just took a look at another board - the TOW board (www.gloryb.com). Melissa posted there all the time. There's a thread about her there right now, and one of the BW's that posts says she knows Melissa and that other BW's have been in touch with her.<P>I'll keep watching the board.

I searched all her posts, you now have her email addy... all I can add is that she was abused in her first marriage. <P>I am not close enough to her to email... and I bet inundating her email would be a mistake... <P>I do care. Someone let us know, either here or on email, what you find out.

OK - I have to go out for about 30 minutes now, but I'll be back. Not planning on contacting either Police or inundating her e-mail - there are other ways of finding out if she's OK. will be back.

OK, I'm back! I just posted a message on the TOW board (thanks again Susie) - apparently someone there knows who she is IRL and is trying to contact her. I have asked that they let us know if she's OK too. <P>Has anybody e-mailed her yet? I haven't, and won't... I will leave that to someone who knows her better than I do.

I just emailed her. If any of us hear from her though it might not be a good idea to post it here in case her H is reading. We'll have to figure out another way.
