Got the mail yesterday and received a subpoena. Oops....criminal charges went through on H. The State is pressing charges. I'm a witness. Here we go. <P>I just don't understand why he is doing this? H is lying about everything and it's catching up. Is OW worth it? I don't see how? <P>This will be the fourth court case, H lost the first one. Three more coming up. I think he'll lose these too. What the H*LL is he doing? Harley's right that they will lose everything. <P>This doesn't make me feel good, sad, but his choices. H still denies he did anything wrong, still lies. I believe this is past the point of NO return. <P>Thanks for replies and support.

I don't really know - but if you believe that everything happens for a reason, and this is a learning experience for him, it helps. Also, what you put out comes back to you....and he sure has been dishing it out..horribly. I believe it's coming back to him and he had better get ready, because it's going to be heavy duty. Maybe he should just stamp "STUPID" on his head. He is still sticking to the lies, rediculous lies. It will all come out in court. Lies to police, lies in court, it's all going to slam him. <P>Yes, self-destruct appears to be the route he is going. He still comes across that he did nothing wrong(DUH). Did you say that alcohol was involved also?<BR>Are you in Plan B?<BR>I am sorry, I can't rmember. It is such a shame that some people have to destroy themselves before they wake up.<BR>I hope that you have some support for yourself and that you make sure that you are taking care of yourself. It is very easy to be dragged down along with them.

He's been living with OW 11 months, so who knows, anything is possible with the THING he is with. <P>I'm not really planning anything, at this point. H wants NOTHING to do with me whatsoever. This site is my support.<BR>Yes, a shame, he's on self-destruct and it appears he'll try to destroy me too if he can. The rest is explained in my other posts, if you want to read them.
