Oops...posted in the wrong spot.
H is arriving home from trip again tonight. Supposedly to see the kids. I don't know how to handle these visits. He stated this week that he loves the OW and feels a void for me. He is distancing himself further and further away from us.
I no longer have my copy of SAA. Gave it to H to read. Do you have to write a Plan B letter, or can you do it verbally?
Emotionally, this has been a rough weekend.

A letter. That way he can read it over and over and you can reference it and just say "read the letter, it says it all."
I am sorry for your pain!!

MnM,
An e-mail letter is good. You can set your e-mail to tell when he opens it. Even if he doesn't tell you. Or if you would rather deliver it in person and watch his reaction. I did both. My son did his letter to his dad and I did mine via e-mail.
L.
