In the event infidelity. How does one stop it??The rule of to never see each other again seems to work for a period of about 6 months at most but after that that vulnerability once again occurs. What is the final solution to finally let go and not keep looking back. Guilt is always catching up and I know it is not right but I just can't stop it.

Need some more information. I take it you are married and having an affair? If so then i would suggest the first thing is to think about what this OP makes you feel that you don't feel with your mate or that you don't think you can recapture with your mate?
