Plan B lay day. Hopefully, the calm before the storm. I sure would like to generate a storm. WS turmoil is good.
What better way to spend 4th of July Sunday than with my 12 year old son at Wolf Trap seeing the Beach Boys. He loved it.
Me: What was most surprising to you?
Son: They sounded just like the CDs. (Not the 45s, mind you!)
Me: What did you expect them to sound like?
Son: A bunch of old guys trying to sound young.
Me: Oh.
Poor kid. Knows the words to ALL their songs.
Yea, I bet they wish they hadn't recorded all those fast songs 40 years ago. The Little ol Lady from Pasadena is looking pretty good.
Plan B hits tomorrow, maybe. W is coming over later to fetch <son> for the night and tomorrow. She hasn't gotten the letter yet. I still don't expect much reaction, but if you hear rumbling from the mid-Atlantic, you'll know why.
My message to her: When the phone don't ring, you'll know it's me.
Thanks for all the support. So far, "no worries." (Taz taught me to say that.)
WAT

Wat,
Glad the weather is nice (calm B4 the storm thing). There is a wild one brewing up in CA (not in Cali's area) up here in the bay area. May hit at the same time. I am packing up stuff here. Maybe mine will hit sooner.
Watch the skies for houses, clothes, boxes, computers, speakers, cell phones, cameras, chain saws, lawnmowers, tool boxes, etc. Maybe I should just give them all to Goodwill instead of carting them up to OW's house. I was told I could be arrested. The police didn't say that, Mr. Thinks he knows the law (H) made all kinds of accusations.
L.
WAT --
I'm gone for a few days and look what you do -- you are ready for plan B! Great!
My prayers are with you. Don't be surprised if you get zero. I got zero. It was like I didn't send her a letter at all. S*** you'd think I broke all contact with her every day.
My prayers are with you. Go in peace. You will get a little more peace out of this, it may take some time, but your level of stress will diminish over time.
Take care,
Ish

Wow!!...
With all this Plan Bing that is gonna go on, should we have a *launch* party and send em all out on the same day?
(sorry, that was a bad attempt at humor...a lil levity!) I do know the seriousness of what you guys are going through, and when I got divorced, I wish I would have known about this site and all the support one can get here. I wish you guys all the best and remember...be careful out there! We are here for you guys!!
Trueheart
