Just wondering if the WS ever stops lying. Mine keeps telling me no more lies, then I catch him in another one. He moved home last Friday and I've since found out he's still talking to OW. He says he's trying to "let her down easy". I say CUT OFF HER LEGS! Just kidding. We went to see the marriage counselor on Tuesday and my H will go to see him next week alone to figure out how to stop all contact. The counselor also suggested that if he wants to be home, I should let him stay as long as I can stand it while he's still talking to OW. OW is going on vacation up north on Saturday, so I am really hoping she will STOP CALLING HIM! Any thoughts?
P.S. - I am depositing all the Love units I possibly can during this time.
Kari

I was told the lies will continue while there is contact with the OP. It is their security that they are in control and keep the BS in suspense. The only way the lies stop, is when the contact is over and then the lies may continue for awhile until there is certainty that the contact is over. Lies are the control factor of the WS. Knowing they are betraying the BS is like a high for them.
I pray for the day my H is done talking with the OW. I pray for peace of mind of my H. I pray for the lies to stop and the ugly words quit coming out of his mouth. I pray for myself to feel comfortable to talk with my husband without worring that I might say something wrong to upset him. Lord, please have no more lies in this household.
Like you, I regret all the lies my H has told me. They have scarred me and I hope I can heal one day from the damage that has been done. I hope that knowing he had an A with the OW will beable to leave my mind so I can love my husband for who he really is. I love him, but I really have doubts right now that we will make it through. I have to say I have not been doing very well with LB. Not exactly the words I have been saying, but my body language has been pretty poor with depression, moody and just very sad. I tried very hard to act OK, but sometimes the little devil on my left shoulder just takes control and I have nothing else to do but act out his order.
I never knew a marriage would end up like this. Just seeing the lies being spilled out every day, makes you wonder why God made humans as they are. I feel, maybe wrong, that I could never do this to my husband. I married him because I loved him and wanted to be a good wife to him. I would never treat him like he has treated me these last 13 months. The deceit, the money he has used on her, the phone calls, etc. - all these were lies. What hurts is that the WS can look the BS in the eyes and tell a big fat lie without any remorse or regret. That still makes me wonder why they feel that way. This affair has me all twisted and I really don't know which way is up or down.
