Hey again there all....
After what has happened last night and him recommitting to the marriage...albeit still having feelings towards her...although she has shown to be a liar....
He said before he wouldn't come back unless he could be faithful...so he said he was back and thought I knew he was back already?...L....anyway..and last night said he had always been able to look away before...with her something was different and he couldn't help himself....but by the conver they had I would say she does not want him at all now...just regrets what she caused...a manipulator to the extreme...
Anyway...since he is committing to the marriage again...should I move over to recovery board?...Just wondering?

MacG:
A big part of coming back to work on the marriage is the no-contact letter. Rebuilding a marriage using the MB approach takes 100 percent effort by both of you. If he still has "feelings" for OW, that takes a cut out of the percentage he can devote to recovery.
As far as which board you post upon, that is entirely up to you. There is no rule that says "MacG is in recovery now, so she can only post there" ... post on as many boards as you feel compelled to.
Godspeed,
STL

MacGyver
Well, it does sound like you are on your way to recovery and it certainly where you want to be.
Point 1: However, until your H is back in your house, has sent the no contact letter and has agreed to follow the MB principles and do the work to entailed to recover your marriage you are no really in recovery.
If these things are not done then your marriage cannot really recover and become affair proof.
Point 2: This board is so much more active then the recovery board. There are many people here in the same stage of recovery that you are in. So you might actually get more help here. I really do not see too much difference between the postings on either board. Only that there is more activity here.
Point 3: Even if you do move to the recovery board do not forget this one. There are many people here who will benefit from the insights you will have as you go through recovery.
I participate both here and in recovery. Sometimes I even check in Just Found Out and Plan A/Plan B to make sure that all new comers know what this site is about and what help is available. I hate to see any post roll off the page with no responses at all.
By participating in GQII and Recovery I find that I have received more help and grown more as a person.
So just a thought… don’t run off too soon. You could provide a wonderful example here.
Z
------------------
He loves not who does not show love.
----William Shakespeare
