The OW is lying to my H and I want to tell him about it but Plan A is in action and we're getting along great. She's lying about her income. She is trying to top my wages so my H would not loose all that he's worked for due to child support. My H's mother got the info for me. She despies the OW. But I don't know if I should approach him on it or just leave it go.
I have learned to just let things goand not worry about my ew and what she does or doesn't do. He will figure the lies out on his own . If you inform him he will only resent you more for interfering in his life.
hmmmmm.......evil mind at work here.
What if it didn't come from you? What if it came from Mom?
She's the one who dug up the info...why wouldn't she share it with her son? Especially if she doesn't like OW......
Then you avoid LB...but he still gets the scoop.
I'm pretty sure Moms can't empty the LB, can they?
No matter what they do "she's still my mom" right?

That is a tough one for sure! I tend to agree with leaving it alone for now, if things are going great. Lexxy's idea of it coming from a concerned Mom is a good one, but if H asks if you knew about it, tell H the truth. Tell him MIL told you, but that you didn't want to be disrespectful to him and LB. It would only make you look like you were playing her game of *one upsmanship*, and nobody wins that one.
*Go confidently in the direction of your dreams.*
Trueheart

Nah. I'm keeping her out of it. Mother and son have been into it pretty bad over this OW. They didn't talk for a month. Bad idea. I like what "True-" said about playing upsmanship, I'll keep that in mind. I'll also keep my mouth shut. The truth will be revealed eventually. Oh yes my H and I have caught her in several lies.
[This message has been edited by M&J (edited July 19, 2001).]

Sounds like the OW is getting desparate. Especially if you are getting along better with H.
Let her go, there will be other attempts by the OW that can turn into LBs all by herself!!!! Let them happen, then watch her fall!! All self inflicted stuff. Better that way you will not have to have a spot of disgrace on you.
So what if her income tops yours. Does she want to pay child support to you? The OW in our picture changes her story in the money area all the time. First it was that she had lots of money, now she is crying that her H left her with the mortgage. Well OW, you are the one living in the house and your name is not on the mortgage. Just because your H borrowed money and took out a 3rd, 4th or 5th loan isn't my H's problem. You see what I mean? They want our H's to rescue them!!!! Right Sometimes our H's can barely take care of their own families much less play charitable to a homewrecker.
Don't pay attention to her. If she wants to give you money..... then think about it... ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/wink.gif)
L.
You are absolutly right. She does want my H to rescue her from her H. He never gave her any attention. She didn't have her own car , she didn't have a job, and not much of a social life. She was a housewife. Not busting on housewifves, I was one for five years. Then I went to school to get a degree. I just wish I would have discovered this "site" about six months ago. I think my H was ready to reconcile our marriage then but I was still angry and too blind to see that.
