Well I found something that helps a BS. Often I can't get my wife's affair out of my mind not matter what I try. Well the past hour I have been looking at some comedy sites and for an hour I didn't think about all this stuff. Maybe some of our members can post their favorite sites. This isn't the best but I found it on this website: http://fathom.org/teemingmillions/wally.adp
The only thing is I have to stop reading at some point in time. Perhaps if my brain is filled up with comedy then there will be no room to dwell on the past? Of course I realize that none of the things we are talking about on this site is very funny but sometimes some humor helps us all.

Hi Rodger,
Thanks for the tip! Filling your mind with other things, getting active, doing things with friends are all great ideas. But you know, the only real cure to this is:
Time....
Perhaps if you can do these things long enough, it will help you get to the point where the Great Cure All can take effect.
I think that because 'working on yourself' is an essential ingredient of Plan B, there is a hidden agenda to Plan B.... to prepare yourself for the worst. And there is no harm in that.
All the best,
