I am working hard on plan A with my WS. I am being the "old" me and trying to meet all of his emotional needs...only one problem. H won't participate in any way with the EN questionaire. Any ideas on how to get him to do this?
Hope you all have an awesome day!

Ask him if he'd be willing to fill it out and go over it with you, solely in order to help you be a better spouse. At this point, don't bother filling out one yourself and expecting him do to anything.
If he won't do that, you should probably take it for him---evaluate yourself as objectively as possible, and make a plan to work on the top one or two needs that you think are going unmet. Judge your progress---see if he is willing to let you meet these perceived "unmet" needs, and whether it seems to be rebuilding the marriage.

Tiny-If he doesn't want to fill out the questionaire, you can't make him. Don't push, ok? It will be seen as an LB to him. Do what K said, just try to fill it out the best you can from what you know about him and get to work!! Good luck & stay strong!

Think about what you've always argued about prior to the A. ex.- House being dirty, not enough $...

Prior to the A the only thing we argued about was him spending too much time away on his own, such as movies and ballgames etc. Now I have to wonder if he was alone. I have dropped the idea of filling out the questionaire for now. He thinks I should just forget and move on. Is that ever really possible? It makes me want to scream and tell him just exactly what I feel about this whole mess that he created!
