I am totally stressed out. What are the symptons of a nervous break down? <BR>--I am so worried about our $ I havn't been able to keep up with it since his A!!!!! I told him last week I was going to hire an accountant to ease the stress from that so we can concentrate on our marriage.<BR>--She was out hanging around last night. He told me to follow him out the door when he went out to the car,so she wouldn't bother him.<BR>--My car is running like $h!t. And I drive 50 miles one way to work!!!!!!!Plus the tires are bald. No $<BR>--I need a break

M&J you do need a break for sure. Have you considered seeing your doctor for depression/anxiety meds? The physical toll of an affair can be as devastating as the emotional ones. Callyour doc and see what he/she thinks. Good luck

I think stress takes a physical toll on all of us. Some handle it better than others. Personally, I needed meds.<BR>I am currently taking Zoloft and ativan, but I am the type of person who internalizes stress and it eats at me. The meds do help. Are you sleeping the same and eating etc? those are always telling signs.

Well, I have lost about 35lb.s and I sleep about the same amount.
