I have been divorced for 1 year (August 8, 2000). My XH (WS eight times ) and I have 50-50 visitation on paper. However, with my job, I am able to pick up my son everday after school and spend a couple of hours with him before his dad picks up him on the designated nights. So the visitation is really 65-35. My XH has been using his mom as my son's nanny. My XH usually keeps him 20% of the time that he has him. My XH has also talked ugle about me to our son. My son and I have a close relationship. Needless to say, my son has become very angry and confused. I have been taking him to counseling and the counselor told me that it was in my son's best interest to give the father limited visitation (every other weekend). Therefore, I am taking him back to court. There are other events like a fight he got into and got the SH*T beat out of him 2 months ago and other stuff as well. <BR>My XH will go bananas when he is served with the petition on Friday. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't try to physically attack me. Please pray that God will protect me and my son. I want to be able to see my son grown. He has taken so much away from me. I hope I also don't have to pay for his wrong-doings with my life. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
