Yep .. I love the gadget wall too, both Kitchen and Tools.
But BrambleRose hit the nail on the head, nothing like new electronics to get me all HOT. Whoops, that sounded baaaaad ... I was talkin strictly computers.
Berni, I love a good sprinkler system too. My neighbor installed his own, I'm still saving for mine. BUT .. in the interim I found this really cool Yellow Tractor that's water propelled. You lay the hose where you want coverage and it follows it, even has a shut off bridge mechanism. I lay the hose all the way around my house, leave for work and when I come home, my lawn is watered and Tractor is shut off.
Figuring out and knowing how things work totally fascinates me.

I really love the gadget wall, or Pamperd Chef products. I get so excited just thinking about it. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Go with the sprinkler system, those yellow tractors cost so much and just end up driving out into the street and end up getting ran over by some big truck driving too fast and of course it's all my fault, slow down a** hole. Gadgets, cleaners and things!! It all sounds good. One question, why blue dawn, can it be any other color or does it have to be blue? I have never tried that, but with two kids one 7 and the other 10, i have become in need of some tough stain fighters. I have Oxyclean, that works great, but not on everything. I have yellow dawn, I wonder does that work as well? I am female, but what turns me on, besides gadgets and new cleaning tricks, is the wallpaper department and paints. I also like big trucks. I like the big monster type thing, with roll bars, nerf bars and lift kits and all the doohickies that makes your truck look bad@$$. I am not sure why, i do drive a truck, and working on the look I want, my lift kit is next, I think about a 3" bodylift on my Chevy will be good for now. I thought of a suspension lift, but one of the guys at Truckers World said that was more expensive than a body lift. The strangest gadget I have, I cannot figure out what it is for, so it is in my gadget drawer along with the melon ball thingee. As far as good looking men I like Brendan Frasier (I think that is how you spell his name), I liked him especially in George of the Jungle, the scene where he was in the US, and was out trying to catch the horse or something. It was that half unbuttoned white shirt he had on that did it. Now the comment on cleaning house before the housecleaner got there, well its just like washing/rinsing the dishes before putting them into the dishwasher to wash. It's just something everyone does I think.

Bed and Bath? Is that like Bath and Body Works?
Now there is a GIRL store for you if I ever saw one--my son literally lays down on the floor of the mall and cries when I try to go in there. "WAH!!! It's just a bunch of perfume and shampoo and stuff in there! I hate that place!!!"
I think the Cucumber and Melon is kinda teenie-bopper now, although I liked it at one time. I like Cotton Blossom and Ginger Lime now.
My husband saw a credit card statement for a Bath and Body Works works come in the mail--not a big one, mind you--but he feels about the same way as my son does, only he doesn't cry when I go in there. He sneaks off to RadioShack for gadgets. Now, there is a store I DON'T like (sorry, all you RadioShack employees out there.) Too many gadgets.
However, he WILL go into Victoria's Secret with me, go figure. Aren't bras and panties GIRL things, too?

Hi Berni!
Nope ... Bed, Bath and Beyond (aka affectionately as BB & B) is not a sissy thing. It's pretty awesome. Every Kitchen gadget in the world, any and everything in the world you'd need for your kitchen, bath and bedroom. My bedroom is dripping in BB & B STUFF! I think you'd like BB & B, Berni. Victoria's Secret IS a GADGET place..
You can get:
buckets(bras) for carrying things, for example your bowling ball.
filters/liners(panties) for replacing the O2 sensor filter on your sports car with the little cotton panel.
straps(garters w/fasteners) for securing a map to the stock of your shotgun so you can find your way back to base camp.
hooks(bra) for securing the turkey dinner plate to the dining table so that your chainsaw doesn't knock it on the floor when you start cutting him up..
gromets(laced teddies) can be cut out and glued to the side of your boat so you can eye a trolling line through it and keep the line out of the motor
mesh/filter (pantyhose/stockings) great place for keeping change and putting the rocks from your fish tank so you can keep them from going down the drain when you clean your fish tank.
tiedowns/straps (bras/garters) the larger sliding strap holders can be used as a moneyclip or resecuring your shoulderstrap to your hunting rifle
nets/strainers (anything lacy) for catching mosqitoes and butterfiles for fly fishing.
floss (gstrings) need to clean the vanes on your airducts in your sports car? this is the best device for the job.. if you can find a pair in her top drawer that has that nice soft little cotton patch.. and apply some alcohol or some clorophyl.. prior to cleaning.. it should do the job.. just make sure you put the gstring back where you got it so she doesn't get mad at you.
tiedowns(restraints) For securing that Trophy buck to the top of your Silver Stream.
I'm sure there are other applications that I haven't thought of yet..
So, come on guys.. help me out here.
------------------
Semper,
Husband2You
*****
Don't make me promises
Baby you never did know how to keep them well
I've had the rest of you
Now I want the best of you
It's time for show and tell
'All or Nothing' O-Town

Now, wait a second--how can you carry a bowling ball in a bra? Wouldn't that depend upon the cup size? Maybe golf balls or tennis balls, but unless you have Mammy's bra it isn't going to work.
Very clever uses for underwear, there.
Oh, speaking of Mammy, how many have seen Gone with The Wind more than 5 times? The ultimate grandaddy of them chick flick. My husband has watched maybe 32.09 seconds of it with me because it's a GIRL movie and does not have Jean-Claude Van Damme (he's pretty cute, too, but he's a player) or Jackie Chan or Arnold Schwartzenegger in the starring role.
What is it with guys and mushy movies? Shoot, I have sat through Full Metal Jacket and King of the Kickboxers too many times without a word, but try to watch Steel Magnolias, and I get "OK, I am going to bed now, goodnight." Not fair.
