For all you folks in Plan A, perhaps make your spouse a dessert to die for.<P>Jo's Tirimasu<P>A. 8 oz Marscaponi Cheese<BR>B. 8 oz Cream Cheese<BR>C. 2 Egg Yolks<BR>D. 1 Cup Sugar<BR>E. 2 Shots Kahlua<P>2 shots fresh espresso<BR>Lady Fingers or Pound Cake<BR>Powdered or shaved chocolate<BR>Cool Whip or home made Whipped Cream<P>1. Blend A thru E together at high speed for 2 minutes<BR>2. Arrange lady fingers or cut up pound cake in a 2" pan<BR>3. Pour 1 shot espresso over it<BR>4. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture over the cake<BR>5. Repeat steps 2-4<BR>6. Top with whipped cream<BR>7. I"m not much of a baker (aside from those wonderful boxes where all you add are milk and eggs...LOL)... but H LOVES tirimasu! I've bookmarked this page.. in the hopes that one day (soon???)
