We all use the traditional way of talking (with different volume levels) to others, when feeling like venting.
I used these ones too:
1. Going for a walk with my dog
2. Good gallop with my horse
3. Loud music
4. A drink or two (no more!)
5. Started to chop a huge tree with an axe behind our house
(things were very bad then), the tree never fell...
(things must have got better)
6. Kicked the corner of Hs house and swore in my native
language (felt so GOOD)Didn't realize though his house
was on concrete base, not on the traditional poles, so
never made it shake...just hurt my foot...
H's ways of venting:
1. Punch a hole on the wall
2. Maybe one more hole later...
(thank God things haven't been that bad anymore)

Would like to hear about OW's /OM's ways too...??

I clean.
You can always tell when walking in my house if I"m having a good day or a bad day by how clean it is. Something about scrubbing walls and floors, helps get out all that frustration.
