Over the course of the weekend, my H let on that any affection I get from him right now is "forced." I'm feeling like I'm a leper. It's so hard when a kiss and a hug used to come from him so naturally. Today, I had to call our State to check on a tax rebate. I found out after spending 25 minutes on the phone that because I was a resident in our state for only part of the year of the rebate, that it kicked our check out of the system. They have to put in a claim, it will take 60 days and it will be a prorated amount. My H was UPSET and totally took it out on me. I'm just missing the old pre-A hubby and wondering if he'll ever be back...

Hi,
I did ask my h several times to please go find my real H and send him home so I cna give him a big hug and kiss and tell him I loved him. After a thoughtful moment, he said he wanted to find him also.
This takes time. It is hard to wait for them to find themselves and come home. But we have to be patient. Just think it must be hard for them also, being so lost out there in I don't know land.
L.
Amen...
But I just keep hanging on to the flashes of him that I see...
even his Mom and Dad have noticed the changes and when they see their 'old' son, they call me all excited...I keep telling them just to be greatful for those moments and not to read anything big into them...
Wish I could take my own advice ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif) .
Cali
------------------
Live Impeccably In Your Word.
Don't Take Anything Personally.
Make No Assumptions.
Do Your Best Always.

You hit it square on the head of the nail - I can't believe what you speak of is exactly what my H is doing too. Yet, he won't come and reach out and give me affection, and kisses, and hugs like he use to. It makes me cry inside, because he won't give me the love and affection I deserve. It makes me want to just chuck the entire relationship. I told him last night (early morning) that I didn't see any hope for our relationship.
I am really tired of this cr#p. aftershock
