And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, [and] utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:
And stay ye not, [but] pursue after your enemies, and smite the hindmost of them;
This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee;
And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity:
They meet with darkness in the daytime, and grope in the noonday as in the night.
They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, [and] mine acquaintance into darkness.
For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
That day [is] a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,
I've had a BAD DAY today. Can you tell? I have a feeling tomorrow will be a worse day. But there are a great many things to give comfort. Strange the things we find comforting if we look for them. Strange indeed.
jd

HEY!
I see you're reading your bible! That's a good thing!!! Keep the faith, dude! Sometimes it can't get any worse! God HAS to intervene! & He will! Don't stop believing that He is on your side.

Yes keep reading your Bible!Galations 6 is great for your state of mind as is the the ever-popular Proverbs chapters 4,5 and 6! For especially angry moods try printing off a copy of Jonathan Edwards's famous 1700s sermon for sinners- Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God! Now that is the ultimate! Just type in the name Jonathan Edwards into your internet search engine and a site will come up where you can print off his sermons for free. Hope you have lots of paper in your printer though- I think thats about 15-17 pages for that one. If you get teary and sad try Psalm 34 I liked that. Take care- lifeismessy
