My HS revealed to me that he was having an affair (2mos.). We entered counseling, went three times then he said he had to leave or he would die. Three days ago he moved in with a co-worker to sort things out. Now I find out he is sleeping
with the OW every night and spends every free moment with her. I feel so rejected and helpless. How can I fight back?
He is definitely going through a midlife crisis!!!!!!!

The simple sounding method is to be the best you you can be. That's part of doing a plan A.
My suggestion to you, is to read up on as much as you can on plans A and B. Pay special attention to LB's (love busters) and EN's (emotional needs).
Do you have children with your H? If so, they could give you an easier chance to plan A (because your H would continue contact with you for them).
Believe it or not, but your situation is not as unique as you feel it is. There are many on here who can help you, and empathize with what you're going through right now.
Keep on posting questions... and please don't feel let down with probable minimal responses this weekend. The weekends are typically slow on here. (I assume b/c most people use their work computers to gain access).
Karen
