faith somewhere in the program properties there is a box or setting that turns off the warning, the warning is in there for businesses etc. that need to warn about privacy issues, now that you know it is there you can probably find it. I think it has something to do with full stealth mode.
[ October 27, 2001: Message edited by: sad_n_lonely ]

faith,
You have to REINSTALL it! Open the program and UNINSTALL it and then reinstall it. When you reinstall it, you have to select the invisible mode. You will then get a screen that says "Customize Notification Banner." SELECT "DO NOT DISPLAY BANNER."

Actually Faith4us,
Melodylanes way is better than the way I told you because it installs the program in invisible mode.
As it is now your H could easily find and remove the program.
Just a thought.
jd

Faith,
I just thought of something else. Did you pay for it and get an ID #? If you don't put an ID# in the activation screen you will get yet another pop up. You can get an ID# by calling the 800# and giving them a credit card #. The cost is $40 and you then go to the "activate" screen and type in the # and that will eliminate the pop up.
But if you have already done this part, then do what I suggested above and it will work. You just have to REENTER the ID# when you reinstall it.
