Also heard that you needed a pick me up.<p>Okay.. this will be short and sweet.. but you KNOW what to do with it.<p>Your enlistment with the USMC, although contractual won't end when you EAS or retire, you will always be a United States Marine. Once a Marine, always a Marine.<p>Marines don't quit Indy. And I expect you to hold the integrity to apply that mentality to your marriage.<p>You promised your country to Love Honor and Protect her.<p>You promised your wife the same.<p>So Love Honor and Cherish your wife, in good times and bad, for richer and for poorer, in sickness and health, until death do you part.<p>Your marriage is in a bad time, your life's rewards are poorer, your wife is sick in the cancer of the A. <p>Now, harsh as you'd expect this to come, it comes with brotherly loving open arms. Dig deep and find that spot that got you through boot camp, being dropped to the Drill Instructors, phase one, phase two, phase three, through MCT, the Microwave, the Reaper and that 26 mile hump over the beach. The rocky river bed at the end of that hump almost did me in... but you made it too... you graduated through the toughest training in your life. Dig deep and find that spot and use the honor and integrity to trust in yourself and be the one of the few of us who can be proud, be a better husband and be a better father.<p>I'm here for you if you need me.
