I had a similar thought as Jo when I read your post.
I'm not sure what the normal steps are in a grieving kind of process, but it sounds like you are moving into a different level.
I read a tone in your post that it sounds like you may have reached a kind of peace about where you are in all of this. ??
If you can continue to focus on you & your well being & take a break from the H, I believe you will benefit immensly. This is what I am working on in fact.
