I just recently gave birth to our second daughter. I have found that I am taking on most of the responsability in caring for her. My husband atributes my responsabilities to my being more into babies. He says he is more into our older daughter who is two and a half, but I can't help feeling like he is ignoring her.I try to give them there bonding time and when I see him with her he is hardly paying her any attention, and the bottle is always lop sided or she is discretly falling off of his lap. I don't know what I can do to make him fond of her. I hope it is just a temporary thing. I know from the start he was not to happy that we were going to have another baby and he really was not that into us having another girl. I just hope he gets over whatever it is that is bothering him. If there is anything that I can do to make him fell more comfortable with our baby I would really appreciate some advice.

grendle,
Am not sure what you story is, is your H having problems with bonding with the baby as he is going through withdrawl of his own?
Does he see the baby as his only reason for being with you?
Don't push to hard, let the baby draw him to her, babies have a way of doing that to people. Let her work her magic. If you push he will probably resent being told how to bond with his daughter.
Dawn
