Kev,
I wish I could tell you that other women don't feel the same way. I do feel as if I am at the end of my rope, that there is no chance to get things back to a livable point. BUT....my H is not trying to change anything and I am becoming resentful the more that I do to fix things. I am sorry that things didn't work out. Maybe, in time, she will realize what she has given up. Sometimes it takes losing something to make people realize what it is worth. Good luck getting YOU back.

Mrs WLD,
Thank you. I am glad you are making it. I need to be reminded that good things do still happen and that there is hope. Your child sounds precious. Aren't 7-year-olds something?

TAM,
Yes, she is something! Out of the blue, she will throw her arms around me and thank me for not getting a divorce. It breaks my heart to think of all I put them through. I can only console myself with the thought that I changed that and am hopefully teaching them a priceless lesson now.
