I am so sorry that you have been pushed to this point. I feel so sad for your pain. Too bad your H is not man enough to take responsibility for his own decisions instead of saying he is doing something (not seeing you) because somebody else told him not to.<p>I do not know what state you live in, but in Texas you can file then leave the D petition pending indefinitely as you say. My WDIL filed in April 2001 and has not taken action to have it finalized yet. <p>Please take care of yourself and the baby. After you safely deliver, you can deal with WH, but take care of yourself for now.<p>Best wishes,
