It is so good to hear the success stories. Keep posting and keep bumping the oldies but goodies!!!
Any others out there??????
I am still on a roller coaster ride, but beginning to change my attitude about my WH.
He has his 1st appointment with Steve today.
At first I thought about doing a 180 (hard to get)That sounded kind of fun. Then a thought hit me -" Do I really want him back????" I mean really?????? My answer is no, not the way we were. Now that I know what a good relationship is, we didn't have it. Many times there are posts were people had good M, but then A happened.
I'm trying to think of him as a good friend now. To love him the way he is. That maybe I'm better to stay (unofficially) separated and if and when the relationship developes into something else, then thats just icing on the cake. Or have I just lost hope?
WH has lived away from home almost 3 years. (Found MB 10/01 - thank God)This is getting really old. I don't want to jump into anything just because I'm frustrated.

I don't have time to find the links right now, but over in Recovery, Bill Uphill has a great update posted.
And if you don't mind searching, my H posted under the name "Repentant", again in Recovery, on Valentine's Day last year, 2-14-01. This was the beginning of our real, and ongoing, recovery. I still read it occasionally when the going gets a little rough.
I'll try to find time later to post the links.
