Hi,
I have been watching this thread for a while.
http://www.marriagebuilders.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=37&t=01501
It is not beneficial to MB for this stuff to go on. I sure hope Marshall and Marsha are not using this forum to play games.
Marshall as said to you before, if you want support and help, MB is a good start. What you have is a stubborn, opinionated OW who is brash, rash and a few other words that rhyme coming here and other places.
I would like to request that the above thread be closed. I understand this is my request.
Marshall/ddddddddd, I have put your name on the thread because this is your thread and you should have a say. I have made my request and will abide by the decision of the moderators.
I have been at MB for a little over a year. I have seen some ugly OW stuff. Hm...... OM's aren't as vocal. Determined OW's antics sure can get ugly. This is not necessary. It just makes their stereo typing more secure.
Should all this rile up the dander of those at MB? Well it does. It riles up the dander of the OWs on TOW. All is fair in love and war. But there is enough pain here that if MB does not want to participate in this charade then we should not. IMHO, we should decide whether to promote this stuff or let it show up and wither away. I vote for withering away.
A few of the determined OWs thrive on the attention and point fingers with their own fingers of blame point back at them 3 fold. That is where we should leave it. Paying attention to them only fuels their EN for attention. Comments such as My OM or my xom is painful for any spouse to read. We all know too well the pain from WS/OP correspondence. Even if it is not our own. That is why even songs, stories, articles, movies and TV shows are difficult for us to hear and view.
If any OW wants to come here to show off or top any other OW that has already been here, forget it. Our individual stories and experiences show that one can only get so ugly then your dead. So please give it up already. There are only so many positions an OW can be in and after that it is just a repeat of a bad story line.
JMHO,
L.
