ok i am new here just read most of the time here.
i try to talk to my spouse it is hard to because we dont get anywhere i feel any ways.i feel that the ws feels that what they have dun is just and it just eats me up why is that.when i was in the middle of this it just ate me up or betterr put gutted me i was dead i have never felt so much pain in my life and i am a strong person i can handle any thing ptl but not this one and i still cant and i dont know why.
but ido feel that the ws is just in what they done and it hurts bad it was not just this is something i have to live with for ever or that is what it feels like i an sorry it is just hiting me hard and i am talking in circles iam a mes

I am also a strong person, but its ok to feel a loss of control. This is the most painful thing that has ever happened to me.

Your pain is severe and so is the pain felt by most of the others who post here. Try to educate yourself on what is happening by reading other posts, books, and seeking out a therapist. Do it all so that you can come to a place of peace. It does not happen overnight and it doesn't happen in a year, but it will become easier if you find out what is happening and to be able to talk about your pain.<p>I hope you can find guidance to your suffering. Good luck.
