Try the website, www.spectorsoft.com
This company sells a couple of different software packages that can help you track keystrokes and what is on the screen.
Be careful though Linda. You don't want to reveal what you know too early. A counselor can help you with this. A counselor like those found on this website can keep the information confidential and then use it to try to develop a better way of figuring out where your H stands and how to start recovery.
You must be prepared to find some stuff that will make you sick. You can not read it and then run off and show your anger or tell anyone. It will not help recovery if you do that. It will likelypush your H away some more. Take it slow and easy. Some of us are going through this now.
HoFS

I totally agree with HoFS - be careful with what you learn and make sure this is really what you need to do. I also have been attempting to track my husband's computer and email use, but after running out of options I found a peice of freeware (I'm so frugal...) called Activity Tracker 1.5. It can be downloaded from www.download.com by searching for "activity tracker". It does require a little knowledge of computers to make it inconspicuous, but I'm no genius and I have gotten it hidden pretty well (I think...!) If you decide to try it out, I would be happy to help you get it running. Good luck, and I hope you are able to find what you need.
