Hi, I hope you will keep coming back... please be calm, or try... I know at times it is impossible..there are some good people that come here, that can help you. I am not an old timer, but can tell you I have grown incredively here at this site since October... combined with more time spiritually in my life.. INdividual counseling, and marriage counseling, and a new job, and more taking care of me... and lots of reading... but definitely the fellowship here and the friends here who have also been down this horrid path, that can offer strength , hope and advice...
We really can't tell you what to do, you have to make your decisions... but we can offer suggestions, and you can find out a lot just by reading.
Read the site, buy the book, Surviving An Affair by Dr. Harley - there is lots of good advice just to be read on this site.. read the concepts.. how to find a counselor... etc...
As far as what to do with your situation , I suggest plan a... or staying distance from your husband until things can calm a bit...
I am so sorry you are in so much pain, having someone you love lie to you relentlessly is horrid- believe me lots of us have been there.
It is more common that I ever thought for a spouse to do this sort of thing.. Your marriage can be recovered and grow even stronger if you are willing to try... perhaps he will not change.. perhaps you will be better without him.. but the TOOLS and the messages on this site.. can help you give your marriage the best shot you can, and that is what a lot of us are trying to do.
Welcome, please stay a while.. come back later.. another day when you feel better.
I am so sorry, I know in the beginning I felt ran over by a Mack truck... I am also on antidepressants now, and that can help a lot too, you can ask your dr... that can really calm you.
I again am sorry, you will get more direction and posts from old timers and even those in healing and restoration.
Please have faith, be strong, do something nice for you! Hugs, HONEY
