Dear dad,
You sound way better. I am glad. Thanks for the compliment but the word cha!??!?! well it's a trigger.
Isn't it crazy? The OW used the word cha on her website where she sells tea and then on her other website where she sells her clothes.
I know what you meant and you made me smile.
take care,
L.

I'm a newcomer, but I did not start posting until I read much of the material on this site (which I came to BEFORE I found out about the A, because I was beginning to suspect). I also did not post until after we went to counseling and worked through the intial phases of recovery. My posts are generally recovery questions. Where to go from here?, how to get over this? etc. I appreciate every response I get, and I try to help others when I have experience or suggestions for their situation. Thanks to you "Old Faithfuls" (no pun intended)

jamup, that's what I did too. I read a lot before posting. I also came here because I suspected the A also. I'm so glad I was prepared when d-day occurred.
The thing that's hard to understand when we first find ourselves in these awful situations, is that we think our situation is so unique. As you lurk here for a bit, and get to know the different stories, you learn that even though they ARE different, many of the same principles can apply to survive.
anyway... bumping back to the top

daily bump ^ ^
One more thought for newbies... the more you post to encourage or relate to others, the more help you will likely get, because your name and story will be more familiar. You don't have to be an expert - NONE of us are , but support, a pat on the back, or a listening ear are what most people need.
