Welcome!
I'm glad to see that you have come here to lurk and even more so that you have decided to post. Everyone here has alot to offer.
I'm not exactly sure what kind of information you want in making a go of your marriage but I would be happy to help you along if you would like.
Please feel free to ask away.
One thing.....you said that your H said that he had alot of love to be able to make it work but wasn't sure why he should?
My opinion.....if one doesn't do everything that they think is possible to save the marriage before they give it up then they will live the rest of their lives wondering what else they could have done....and regretting not doing it.
Take care!

Thanks for the welcome.
We are taking some time to work on things. He says he has to come up with a reason to want to work it out and he doesn't think love is enough of a reason. And on some level I can understand that. We aren't making any decisions for another couple of months. We are at least giving it that much time.

I'm not sure I understand why your H feels the need to look for another reason other than love to help him make a decision on whether or not he wants to make your marriage work or not.
In some sense I can see what he means.....not being sure that he can trust you or maybe the fact that it's hard to believe a person after they have been so dishonest.
I saw that you said in another post that you would be glad when the A wasn't popping up all the time in your conversations.
Can you give us a little more history?
When it started....ended and all the in between.

I am in the process of writing "my story" and will post it soon.
But for now...it started with email in late July or early August, 2001. It was a high school sweetheart that I hadn't seen in about 13 years. Met for breakfast on 9/11. How do we make progress when that date is all over the news? The A moved very quickly from emotional to physical. And it ended in early November, 2001. In all it lasted about 6 or 7 weeks of seeing each other. I ended it with the OM right before my H found out.
As I said I am working on the long version. I will get that posted as soon as I can for all who are interested.
